At BabyKo, customer satisfaction is very important to usāespecially when it comes to baby products.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Wrong item was delivered
You must raise a return request within 48 hours (2 days) from the delivery date.
2. Return Conditions
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Clear images/video proof of the issue must be provided.
Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved and the product is received (if applicable), the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be credited within 5ā7 working days to the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank details for refund processing.
